Terms of Play

These terms cover Jump & Stack and its cloud account service. Play fairly, keep your sign-in private, and do not exploit bugs, automate rewards or interfere with other players. We may correct invalid rewards or restrict accounts that abuse the service.
Free Score Challenges
Entry is free. Available score goals and their fixed bonus coins are shown before play. We may update these values for future games; a game already started keeps its original goal and bonus. Missing a goal costs no coins and you keep verified normal run earnings. Each challenge awards its bonus once. Available boosters and an optional rewarded continue may be used; an ad is never required to enter.
Global Challenges
Creating a Global Challenge immediately reserves the displayed number of in-game coins from your wallet. One other player can accept it for free. If they reach the target score within the attempt deadline, they receive the reserved coins. If their completed attempt fails or the attempt deadline passes, the creator can claim twice the reserved amount, including the original creation cost. An unaccepted challenge returns its reserved coins when it expires. Open challenges normally expire after two days; the exact expiry and attempt timer shown in the game apply. Boosters and an optional rewarded continue are allowed. Play is asynchronous: the creator does not need to be online. All rewards remain virtual game items, with no cash value.
Virtual items only
Coins and boosters are game items with no cash value. They cannot be cashed out, sold, redeemed for money or real-world prizes. In-game features may move virtual coins between players under their displayed rules. There are no deposits, cash prizes, paid entries or random prize draws in Score Challenges.
Rewards and connection
Cloud rewards require a signed-in account, a connection and a verified run. A free Score Challenge attempt expires after two hours. Connection failures can delay saving; saved results retry when connected. Bonus coins that exceed the wallet capacity wait until space is available. Leaving an unfinished tower may forgo its unverified earnings; entering a free Score Challenge does not charge coins already in your wallet.
Boosters, ads and purchases
Selected boosters are used when an online run is reserved, including if you leave that run. Optional rewarded ads grant the stated reward only after completion is confirmed. Ad availability can vary. Store purchases, when offered, show their contents and price before confirmation and follow the store’s payment and refund rules. Packs contain boosters, not coins. Completed Google Play purchases are verified on our server and saved to the purchasing game account. Refunds may remove equivalent unused boosters; balances never become negative. We never sell a chance to win money.
Accounts and changes
You can delete your cloud account in Settings → Cloud save → Delete account, or on the public account deletion page. Deletion removes the cloud balance, progress and linked sign-ins. We may update the game and these terms; material changes will be identified with a new version or effective date. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Daily and weekly competitions
Entry is free. Your highest verified online score submitted before the UTC deadline ranks in each competition. Daily periods reset at 00:00 UTC; weekly periods reset on Monday at 00:00 UTC. Runs use the current competition gameplay rules and enter the period in which their finished score is verified. Boosters and rewarded continues are allowed. Equal scores are ordered by the first server-verified submission of that score, then a stable account order. The displayed first, second and third prizes are fixed when the period opens and are awarded after it closes. Unfilled places receive no prize. Prizes are non-transferable virtual coins with no cash value; no payment or stake is required. Wallet overflow remains owed until there is space.
Profile photos
Upload only images you have permission to share. Do not post illegal, sexual, hateful, violent or harassing content or someone else’s private information. Photos are public in rankings. Tap a photo to report it and hide it on this device. We may remove inappropriate images and restrict abusive accounts. You can remove your own photo in Settings.
