Privacy Policy
Effective 12 September 2026
Who this covers
This policy describes how Vimoora Games handles information for Jump & Stack, its Android app and cloud account website. Use the public Privacy & support form below to contact the operator about your information.
Account and game information
When you sign in, we receive a verified identifier from Google or Apple to link your account. We store your chosen player name, scores, replay actions used to verify rewards, virtual balances, inventory, progress, settings, game interactions, purchase/reward records and session credentials in protected or hashed form. Public rankings and social game features show your player name and relevant results to other players. Do not use sensitive information as your player name.
Profile photos and reports
Choosing a profile photo is optional. We resize uploaded photos into WebP thumbnails and larger previews, discard original files and their metadata, and store the processed images for your public profile and rankings. Replacing or removing a photo deletes the previous image from the live database; cached copies may remain for up to five minutes and backups may retain earlier copies. Reports store the photo, reporting account identifier and time for owner review. Deleting your account removes your photos and reports from the live service.
On your device
The app saves settings and progress locally and stores a cloud credential in protected device storage when connected. The account website uses essential sign-in cookies. Optional reminders use notification permission, which you can change in Android settings. We do not request your contacts, microphone, camera or precise location.
Ads and third parties
Optional rewarded videos use Google Mobile Ads, with a consent and privacy-options flow where required. The SDK may process IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics under Google’s privacy policy. Google or Apple handles its own sign-in service; Google Play handles store billing where used. Hosting providers process the data needed to run our cloud service. Information may be processed in countries other than yours. No separate analytics SDK is included in this build.
Why we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, save and restore progress, verify scores and rewards, run rankings and social features, provide optional ads and purchases, prevent abuse and respond to requests. Where applicable, we rely on providing the service you request, legitimate interests in service security and improvement, legal obligations, or consent when required. We do not sell cloud account records.
Retention and deletion
We retain cloud game and account records while you use the account. Confirmed account deletion removes game progress and linked sign-ins from the live game database and disconnects linked devices. We retain limited Google Play purchase tokens, product and delivery records, and a pseudonymous account identifier to prevent duplicate claims and reconcile delivery or refunds; these records are disconnected from the deleted player. Separate deployment backups can retain earlier copies for disaster recovery; contact us about removal of backup copies. Operational logs rotate by size and contain request paths and status codes; network services also process connection information. Support requests are kept while being handled; resolved requests are removed during support-queue maintenance after 90 days.
Your choices
You can play offline without a cloud account, decline rewarded videos, manage notifications or advertising settings on your device, and delete the cloud account from Settings or the public deletion page. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local saves. A privacy request can ask for access, correction, export or deletion, including backup data; we may need to verify account ownership. Depending on your location, you may also object to processing, withdraw consent or complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children and safety
Parents or guardians should supervise children’s use and any purchases. If you believe a child has provided personal information without the required permission, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.
Changes and contact
The effective date appears above. We update this policy when data practices change. Contact Vimoora Games through Privacy & support below. Never send passwords, payment-card details or private device-link codes.
